Our country cottage Rothenberg is situated on a sunny terrace
at the outskirts of Rothenberg, 25 km north-east of Heidelberg
near the Neckar valley and the castle road.
It has a view over the beautiful Oden Forest's landscape.
Here we offer you family-run "Fresh Country Apartments" and "vacation houses".
Each apartment or house has it's own particular profile
with modern, comfortable facilities and superior comfort.
The buildings are arranged in a 'U' pattern.
The cozy inner courtyard is situated in the middle
and offers a covered seating area.
Here you can meet with your family and your friends.
Also we have set up a small farm museum in the old feed kitchen
with the exhibit 'From Grain to Bread.'
The spacious outdoor area consists of a playground with little cottage,
Sandbox and slide for younger guests and
a playing field for the larger.
A barbecue place you will find next to the grassed sunbathing area.
For cooking you will find herbs in the farms garden herb corner.
Beneath our holiday farm is a large meadow
on which the children around can play.
On special opportunities you can have a campfire and
the children can bake Stock bread.
From time to time we get some guesthorses on our meadow.
Upon request we offer you and your children Horseback riding.
Younger children may participate on one of our
Daughters guided Ponytour.
Other Activities may be hiking, swimming, nordic walking, biking,
bowling, fishing, golf, gym, horse-back riding, hot springs, jogging,
miniature golf, open-air pool, sauna.
